During her time in Los Angeles, Emma studied acting at one of the leading improv training programs at The Groundlings.

”Acting has always been a big passion for me and to be able to work and fight in this business now is huge.”

I am (use a max. of 3 words to describe yourself)… Curious, Open minded & Mostly Happy.

Acting is… Challenging.

My last acting gig taught me… How amazing it is to be surrounded by creative and driven people.

Proudest performance moment… Must have been when I worked alongside John Cena & Vin Diesel in FF9, where I played Charlize Theron's Stand in / Picture double. Just an incredible experience and I learned so much.

Most embarrassing audition… Once, I sent in a self-tape for a role where I ”lied ” about speaking German. I forgot about this and when I got a callback and went for the audition... yeah, you can figure out for yourself how awkward it was. One thing is for sure, I didn't get the job.

Most challenging part… I was shooting a pilot episode about the school shooting in Orlando. It was such a surreal set and one of the scenes was when they walked around and shot students in a classroom. Being one of the victims and hiding from these people was a huge challenge. I did some research beforehand to see how they really felt but as an actor it’s all about your imagination, so I tried to think about the panic I felt when my mother called and said that my grandfather passed away. The “Big Bang” storm of feelings. You're afraid, sad, in shock, you don’t know what’s going on and you just want to leave the spot you're at. Challenging but a good life lesson.

The moment I knew I wanted to be an actor… It was actually one of my first modeling jobs when I was in Greece. I booked a TV commercial and just loved to act out and work with so many talented people and the fact that everybody worked so hard for the final result was great. Being on set is like being in another world and I’ve always been so fascinated with that.

Dying to work with… Well, if it were possible, it would be Ingmar Bergman… but I must say Quentin Tarantino - I mean, who would say no to that?

Was born to play… Holly Golightly - Breakfast at Tiffany's.

Learn lines by… Repetition, Repetition, Repetition

Get into character by… A lot of preparation, I’ll try to match the character with someone in real life that I know and then figure out the scene objective and what that particular character wants/needs. It's the hardest but funnest part, you’re able to use your imagination and create this person in the real world.

Special skill I wouldn't put on my resume… That I have a pretty damn good Indian accent. ;)

Movie I can’t stop talking about… Bombshell. I saw it recently and it's so good. Recommend everyone go see it.

Top three shows in my queue… I'm currently rewatching The O.C. & One Tree Hill, so I'll be busy for at least this year out. Can't make time for a third :)

Currently reading… It’s a Swedish book I got from my Dad. Its called ”Konsten att vara snäll” which in English means ”The Art of Being Kind.” It's about what true kindness means and the counter-forces that can prevent us from being kind. He also describes scientific studies proving the benefits of kindness. Really interesting.

Car karaoke tune… ABBA - Dancing Queen!! I’m Swedish.

If I weren't an actor, I'd be… Probably working with kids, I just love kids.

Stranger Things character that best represents me… Eleven!! My brother keeps sending me snaps of her in different episodes because he thinks I looked like her when I was younger.

If they made a movie about my life, I’d be played by… Haha, I love this question. Farrah Fawcett or Olivia Newton John… when she was young.

Actor crush… Ohh, this might be original but ever since I was a kid I've been having a crush on Zac Efron... but when I saw Kingsman and Taron Egerton I died a bit. He's handsome like hell.

Sign… Capricorn

If I were a color, I'd be… I just love beige, is it too boring?

Hotel alias… I actually googled and found out that Beyoncé uses "Ingrid Jackson." So I might try that next time and hope they get the hint and give me an upgrade.

LA spot that inspires or relaxes me… Brunch at Catch LA!! I lived near Runyon Canyon and there is a spot on the hill that overlooks downtown LA and it’s just amazing.

The best advice I ever got… Stay in the Moment. Similar to the quote:
”The practice of staying present will heal you. Obsessing about how the future will turn out creates anxiety. Replaying broken scenarios from the past causes anger or sadness. Stay in here, in this moment.”
