I am (use a max. of 3 words to describe yourself)… Goofy, loving, creative.
Acting is… Being. It’s existing truthfully as someone else, without inhibitions.
My last acting gig taught me… Not to drink a venti cold brew before filming a big scene. Those jitters are no joke.
Proudest performance moment… Being slapped by a dildo & beat with a belt for a scene in my web series, Cesar & Pollie. Anything for the craft!
Most embarrassing audition… I auditioned for a play last year and no one told me that I’d be asked to sing “Amazing Grace” of all things. Two notes in, I asked if I could sing a different song. They said yes, so I went ahead and butchered an old Spanish nursery rhyme instead.
Most challenging part… I played a loud, angry redneck who was deep in the closet and had a drinking problem. To this day, it’s the hardest role I’ve ever done because everything about the character was pretty much the complete opposite of me, but it felt so rewarding when it all came together.
The moment I knew I wanted to be an actor… When I was 6 years old and I saw Grease for the first time. I wanted to be Danny but at the same time I wanted to be Sandy, there was just so much going on in my little spirit. And from there I just knew this was the only career path for me.
Dying to work with… Jordan Peele and Judd Apatow.
Was born to play… Steven Tyler.
Learn lines by… I honestly just read through my parts, scene by scene and I’m pretty much off book after reading through it about 5 times. My memory is awful when it comes to literally anything else, but if you hand me a script, I’ll have it down within minutes.
Get into character by… I’m big on character playlists and a few moments of silent contemplation just before beginning any performance.
Special skill I wouldn't put on my resume… I can tell you the name of any episode of Bob’s Burgers upon hearing the first one or two lines.
Movie I can’t stop talking about… Antebellum.
Top three shows in my queue… LOVECRAFT COUNTRY, Girlfriends & Bob’s Burgers.
Currently reading… The Actor’s Life by Jenna Fischer.

If I weren't an actor, I'd be… A history teacher.
